Job description
Your duties:
- Shift planning and scheduling, including electronic rostering (ROTA)
- Menu and team briefing at the start of the employees’ shift
- Supervision and management of our wine inventory
- Active participation in wine tastings
- Active involvement in the design of our wine list
- Assistance in recruitment
- Proficient use of our Novacom POS and inventory management system
- Supervision and quality control of the hotel lobby, terraces, and hotel bar
- Translation of evening menus and creation of corresponding wine recommendations
