Job description

Your duties:

  • Supporting the chef de rang on their stations
  • Active participation in menu and team meetings
  • Supervision and quality assurance for the hotel lobby, terraces, and hotel bar

  • A polished and professional demeanour, fitting a 5-star standard
  • In-depth F&B knowledge, with a particular focus on wine
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a keen understanding of guest needs
  • Ability to work in team
  • Independent and motivated work ethic
  • A professional and well-groomed appearance
